Versatone 133 Guitar Amp w/ Pan-o-flex

I have a really rare/old Guitar Amp that I can't seem to find much information about...

My buddy gave me this Amp about 12 years ago, back when I was heavily into making Electronic Music, and doing live performances at Techno parties. I've yet to find out any concrete details about the manufacturer of the amp, other than rumors and speculative data found in a few forum entries on-line.
What I do know about this amp...
- I got it from an old buddy who was the son of "The Jetson's" cartoon sound designer/audio engineer.
- It's a 'Lead' Guitar Amp (not a Bass Guitar Amp).
- There were only about 100 of these made (AFAIK).
- There is NO useful information about this amp, on-line.
- Carol Kaye and Jack Casady used the Bass version of this amp.
A few years ago, I tried to sell this on craigslist thinking it was the Versatone 'Bass' Amp, but apparently there are 2 models... one for bass guitars, and the other for lead guitars. This one is the model for lead guitars, apparently. The tremolo and pan-o-flex effects give that whole 'spaghetti chord' pulp fiction-style 50's surf sound, which some guitarists out there would love to have, I'm sure.
I'm looking for more information regarding this amp, so if you stumble upon this entry, and happen to have some useful information, please
let me know!
